Introducing Rucker Sales Consulting!

Author’s note- May 21, 2023: This is an out-of-date post and some of the links may not work. As this chronicles my first business, I am not going to make any updates to this post for now. Today is finally the day! After several months of hard work, the Rucker Sales Consulting (RSC) website has officially launched. This post will share information on what offerings we currently have available at RSC.

As you know from my blog posts, I started my sales consulting business almost two years ago while taking a year off from work to travel. Since then, I have grown to the point where I am able to work for myself full time and have hired my first employee. 

I have over 7+ years of sales experience and the start of my career was focused on generating leads for software start-ups in San Francisco. Through cold calling and emailing, I am able to set appointments for organizations to meet with CEOs at companies like FedEx, American Express, Boeing, and more. 

When I started traveling, I knew I wanted to utilize my sales experience to launch my own business and eventually grow to the point where I could help others launch their dream businesses as well.

After receiving several requests from new business owners via Twitter, I realized that now is the perfect time to expand my offering to individuals looking to build a sales pipeline. 

This post will share a little bit about the work that I’m doing at RSC for start-ups, provide information on how this will translate to your growing business, and offer you information on how you can book a free initial call.


What is Rucker Sales Consulting (RSC)?

RSC is a boutique sales consulting firm based out of San Francisco and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We help individuals and start-ups build the sales pipeline they need to hit their revenue targets. 

We are a team of three with experience selling within the following industries: Human Resources, Transportation, Artificial Intelligence, and Medical Devices.

What does RSC do?

We help you narrow down on your buyer personas, create messaging that uses your prospective client’s language, and increase the number of first meetings you have each month. 

  • Prospecting: We look at your past clients or potential future clients to identify the qualities they need to have to bring profit to your business. We then compile the contact information so that you can begin outreach
  • Messaging: We put together messaging based on market research and competitive analysis. There is a certain language that will resonate with the person you are trying to sell to and once we’ve discovered the recipe, then you can scale that outreach.
  • Sales Outreach: We utilize sales tools to ensure that your potential clients are reached out to in a timely fashion. We keep track of how many emails/ calls are made, how frequently our emails are opened, and how many meetings result from our work. This provides the data-driven insights you need to create a pipeline that produces results.
  • First Sales Meetings: We ensure your prospective client is at the meeting, make introductions that set the tone and provide follow-up care to ensure they go to the next stages of your sales process.

Business-to-business sales is my strong suit and what I’ve been doing for the last several years of my professional career.  I offer everything from building an initial sales pipeline via Business Development efforts all the way to negotiating a deal’s close. 

Depending on the scope of the project you have in mind, this can include everything from customizing email templates for your team to having the RSC team completely plan and execute your sales funnel.

How much does Rucker Consulting charge?

For larger, ongoing projects we typically work on a monthly retainer depending on how many hours that it is estimated to complete your project and the scope of work. This pricing varies, so please book a free first call so that we can discuss the project by booking a time on my calendar.

 For one-on-one work,  you can book meetings via our Calendly, which has the ability to process payment for however long the meeting is. For the month of March, all initial calls are complimentary.

Once this launch special ends, pricing starts at $25 for an initial 15-minute call. We will offer discounts for ongoing clients and you can schedule your first free initial call here.

I have blocked out time to be available in the early mornings and evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. When you sign up for a time via Calendly, it will automatically lock the time on my calendar, send you an invite with a zoom link,  and remind you prior to our meeting.

I recommend that you book a time now as there are limited slots available and my calendar requires scheduling 24 hours in advance due to the timezone difference. If none of these times work for you please feel free to request a different time by emailing me at kat@katrucker.com.
